Website terms

Terms for using this website.

These terms govern access to mobilityinchange.com. They do not replace a proposal or contract for consulting services.

In practical terms

Use the site lawfully, do not misuse its systems or content, and do not treat general website material as advice for a specific business decision. A consulting engagement begins only with a separate written agreement.

1. Website operator

This website is operated by the business identified in the legal details on this page. Its full geographic and electronic contact addresses are shown there.

mobilityinchange.com presents independent business-development and sustainability consulting for automotive and manufacturing organisations. The site does not operate a marketplace, accept payment or conclude consulting contracts online.

2. Acceptance and scope

By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

These terms apply only to the public website and inquiry function. A signed proposal, statement of work or other written agreement governs any professional service and prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.

3. Inquiries are not contracts

Submitting an inquiry is an invitation to discuss possible services. It creates no obligation for either party, does not reserve availability and is not acceptance of an offer. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt.

Fees, scope, deliverables, timing, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability for an engagement will be agreed separately in writing by authorised parties.

4. Permitted use

You may browse and share links for legitimate personal or business purposes. You must not:

  • break the law or infringe another person's rights;
  • attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities or disrupt the site;
  • submit malware, deceptive, unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information; or
  • scrape or reproduce substantial site content for resale, model training or a competing publication without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits it.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site's text, original graphics, branding, layout and downloadable material belong to Mobility in Change or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All third-party marks belong to their owners.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and link to public pages. No other licence is granted. Requests for reuse should be sent to the contact address below.

7. Information and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but general articles and service descriptions are informational, may be incomplete and are not legal, financial, engineering, environmental-certification or other professional advice for a specific situation.

We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw site features without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but nothing in these terms limits obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Responsibility

Use reasonable professional judgment and obtain advice suited to your circumstances before relying on website content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobility in Change is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general site information or from third-party sites.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any liability that Italian or EU law does not permit to be excluded.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, analytics choices, retention periods and GDPR rights. It forms a separate transparency notice and is not reduced by these terms.

Read the Privacy Policy

10. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory EU rules and any mandatory protections or forum available to a user acting as a consumer.

For disputes between businesses relating only to use of this website, the courts competent for the operator's place of establishment have jurisdiction unless mandatory law or a later written agreement provides otherwise. Contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue in good faith.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the site, services or law. The effective date identifies the version that applies when you use the site; changes do not retroactively alter a separately signed service agreement.

12. Contact

Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to the following address.
